SnapFundz is a lead generation and loan matching service. We are NOT a lender. We connect consumers with a network of third-party lenders and financial service providers. We do not make lending decisions, determine creditworthiness, or guarantee any particular loan terms, rates, or offers.
By submitting your information through our Site, you expressly consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from SnapFundz, our Network Partners (including LendingTree and LendingTree's Network Partners), and any party acting on their behalf. This includes communications made using automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and email. This consent applies even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP." Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or service.
By submitting your information, you authorize SnapFundz and its Network Partners to request and obtain your consumer credit report, credit profile, and related credit information from one or more consumer reporting agencies. This may be used to match you with appropriate lenders and financial products.
Submission of your information does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or that any offer will meet your requirements. Loan terms, rates, amounts, and availability vary by lender and are determined solely by individual lenders based on their own criteria.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who provides inaccurate information.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SnapFundz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
THIS SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
